Working with SOS Carpets on their website overhaul was like rolling out a fresh carpet—smooth, stylish, and with plenty of room to get creative! Teaming up with Grilled Pixels, the mission was to take their cluttered, outdated site and transform it into a sleek, snappy one-pager that got straight to the point. We wanted the messaging to hit home quickly and effectively.

The tricky part? SOS Carpets didn’t have a clear tone of voice (TOV) yet. So, I jumped into interviews with Sam and Sharnie, diving deep into their vision to craft a persona that truly captured their brand’s vibe.

Once we nailed down the perfect tone, it was time to shape the content. I focused on fine-tuning the messaging first, making sure it was punchy and aligned with the new TOV. Headlines came later, flowing naturally from the core messaging to add that final touch of flair. The end result? A sharp, cohesive website that speaks SOS Carpets' language and leaves a lasting impression!
